There is a great need for public facilities such as Chemistry Laboratories, Certificate Presses, and other buildings which require items to be placed in them to improve proficiency. Making these buildings public at this time allows anyone to remove items that would damage the effectiveness of the building, so I propose the following:
1. Chemistry Laboratories will have permissions set on the removal of all chemistry glassware such that if the Chemistry Laboratory is guild owned, the default is set to initiate, and if privately owned, the default is private.
2. Certificate Presses will have permissions set on the removal of all plates such that if the Certificate Press is guild owned, the default is set to initiate, and if privately owned, the default is private.
