Raeli Oven Utilization Act
[Part C is a Physics Veto, but parts A and B form a valid law. -Pharaoh]
Pharaoh :
Being that (1) Raeli ovens can be placed in a limited number of locations and most of those locations have been occupied (2) Many of the owners of ovens have passed the Test of Funery Temple and Mosaic and have little need to tend thier ovens (3) There are several raeli ovens throughout Egypt in excess of 100,000 tiles in them, wasting a resource that could benefit many Egyptians we propose the following feature request :
(A) Raeli ovens may be set to usable by Anyone, with a percentage going directly to the person ending the baking process and the remainder going into that oven's inventory ( as implemented in the Public Mine Facilitation Act) (B) Raeli ovens with an excess of 20,000 tiles may be burnt by anyone, with a default rate of 10% of the total of the tiles going directly to the person ending the baking process, with the remainder going into that oven's inventory. This may be done even if no percentage has been set by the owner. (C) Raeli ovens will immediately restart the harvest process upon completion .
