Save Conflict Events from cheating

In a recent event, a player admitted using mules to advance himself to win the event and then repeated the actions again at the next event. This law is an idea how to fight this w/o using a full ban.

Conflict Event Cheating When at a conflict event it is considered cheating to throw games and/or play yourself (i.e. If any player controls more than one character during a single game). When someone is suspected of such, a DP can call for a Trial-by-DPs where the punishment applied would be permanent exclusion from all conflict events.

A Trial-by-DPs is defined as: A DP can call for a Trial-by-DP to be applied to a player by visiting a ULead. All DPs and the accused will get a popup when this happens or next time they log in. The DPs would be charged with determining guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in a fashion they find expedient and fair. Each DP will get to vote on whether the accused should be punished. The vote should last 2 weeks. The punishment will apply if the # of punish votes is 2/3 of the total # of votes cast and the # of punish votes is => a minimum # of 1/3 rounded down of the # of DPs. DPs can change their vote at any time during the vote. If a punishment is permanent then those DPs that voted to punish will forever have the option to remove their punish vote. If this causes the vote to change so there are no longer 2/3 punish votes then the punishment is removed. At any time any player can see all the current and past Trial-by-DP votes at any voting booth.
