Stone Laws
This would solve the problems of stealing stones.
1. All holes started from the stonework menu would have an ownership.
2.This ownership would allow only the holes owner to pick up the stones brought forth from it.
3.The may be made public or guild like any other build to allow anyone or guild members of a certain rank to pick up the stones.
