Resolved: That the Mud Octopus sculpture near Karnak's University of Worship, created by Ratio, will furthermore be considered a National Monument of Egypt. This title should be reserved for national monuments and should be displayed separately from the name of the sculpture.
In doing so, it becomes immortalized for all time as a testament to the creativity of Egypt and may not be torn down without a law allowing such action.
