Thoth Puzzle Reclamation Act
Whereas, the creation of a Thoth's Puzzle serves only one purpose, to initiate it's owner into the Discipline of Thought;
And whereas, most Thoth's Puzzles are built around the regional Chariot Stops;
And whereas, most Chariot Stops currently experience a high amount of lag and are running out of room for new puzzles and/or art;
I propose that all Thoth's Puzzles be placed into DPPRA status once the owner of said Thoth's Puzzle has claimed their rights as an Initiate into Thought.
Once that status has been claimed, all Thoth's puzzles would be able to be claimed by any citizen in good standing (paid account) for purposes of tearing down only. Any materials salvaged by said tearing down shall be returned at the level of said person's salvage skill.
