Valuable Moss Protection Act

The people of Egypt request that we be allowed to mark an Aquaduct tower as producing a valuable moss. Such marking of a tower can only be done by a Mutagen Scientist.

At the time a citizen blesses said tower, a pop-up will appear containing the following message "<Scientist Name> has declared the moss this tower is currently producing a valuable resource for research. If you bless, you may alter this moss and destroy its valuable properties. Do you wish to continue? yes or no."

For 5 days after a tower is marked it will not be automatically unmarked for any reason (though it may be unmarked by a Mutagen Scientist). After the 5 day period if the moss is changed (From a blessing resulting in moss change or from the aqueduct going dry) it will automatically be unmarked.

Any citizen interested in becoming a Mutagen Scientist will go to a University of Thought and request a job petition to be a Mutagen Scientist. Anyone can see the petition on them and can click yes or no. As long as the person has at least 10 yes votes and at least 3 times as many yes votes than no votes then they become a Mutagen Scientist. If the no votes get too high or the person drops the petition then they are no longer a Mutagen Scientist. The job petition should say: "This person is requesting to become a Mutagen Scientist as per the Moss Protection Act which is as follows:" and contain the full text of this law. Carrying this should not count against the number of law petitions a player can carry
