The people of Egypt would like to have the option to leave their items to a specific person should they quit or become expired/closed.

1a. Each paid person can "will" all their personal items to one (1) specific person, this person will be referred to as the "heir" of their estate.

1b. For QUITS: The Property is claimable by the heir, and only the heir, Five (5) days after a person is "Quit", two (2) days prior to the initiation of DPPRA. At Seven (7) days it is under the DPPRA law and can be claimed by anyone according to that law.

1c. for EXPIRED OR CLOSED: The Property is claimable by the heir, and only the heir, Ten (10) days after a person is "Expired or Closed", ten (10) days prior to the initiation of DPPRA. At fourteen (14) days it is under the DPPRA law and can be claimed by anyone according to that law.

2a. Each paid person will have the option to type in one persons name as to who their heir will be.

2b. and that said person (known as the Heir) will be notified with a popup window when the person quits or becomes expired. (For pharaoh: like when a married person passed a test or someone gives you an item, you get a message)
