This is a proposal for the building of a Deep Well in Qatara. The location will be near the Industrial Facility which is near the expedition site that is south of LoL. This location is not set in stone and will take suggestions for alternatives.
This proposal is for Qatara residents only. However if we need to bring in outside investors in order for this project to work, we will.
A Deep Well costs 200 rope, 400 boards, 300 nails, 20 screwgears, 500 oil, and 2000 leather to build.
1 Full Share is equal to 1/20th of the cost of the Deep Well plus half the cost of one winding. There will be 17 full shares, four half shares and four quarter shares available. Each person/guild is limited to one full share for the first week. After the first week they may pledge more if available. If neccessary, we may split a share or two in half for pledges.
1 Winding of the Deep Well is 50 leather and 50 oil.

The Deep Well build date will be set to 2 weeks after the final pledge is made. If it turns out that many people could not make the date, an overall extension of the project will be issued. If there are one or two holdouts, it will be first come first serve.
Each shareholder will be required to build a chest at the location of the Deep Well. A full share will require a huge chest, a half share will need a large chest, and a quarter share will need a regular chest. These chests are for storage of yor petroleum share. When we wind the well and its done producing petroleum, we will fill your chests up with the precise quantity your share calls for. Then you can come pick it up at your own convenience.

It is possible there will be a monthly fee to pay for windings if maintenance proves too costly.

So how much petrol will you get?
Lets say the Deep Well accumulated 1000 petrol its first night. If you own a full share, you will receieve 50 petrol. A half share will get you 25 petrol. And a quarter share will get you 12.5 petrol. Doesnt sound like much.... but it will add up very quickly.
