A Glass Rod is the most basic glass item. It is made in a Glazier's Bench, taking 60 seconds to cool. Either soda glass or normal glass may be used to make a glass rod.

• 20 used as tution for Navigation skill level 2
• 125 used as tuition for Structure Maintenance at the School of Harmony
• 300 used as tuition for Salvage Techniques at the School of Worship
• 20 needed for building Chemistry Laboratory
• In a Glory Hole, glass rods can be turned into Test Tubes
• Needed for Pyramid Construction (Architecture) research
• Needed to bore for Tooth Limestone
