Used to instantly convert Ash into Potash in a Chemistry Laboratory. It is unknown what upgrades are required to create or use potash ointment in a chemistry laboratory.

Each creation of potash ointment consumes 50 Water in Jugs (not the jugs), 25 Acid and a varying Essential Compound Extract. There are 3 different strengths of potash ointment, each dependent on the extract used in creation. It is requires to have learned Chemistry Recipe Potash Ointment to be able to create it.

To use potash ointment, go to a chemistry laboratory and choose Manufacture, Potash Ointment, Apply... This will remove 1 deben of potash ointment and the corresponding amount of ash from your inventory. The potash can be taken from the lab.
