Slate Shovel

The slate shovel is the lowest quality shovel available and allows digging prior to the development of the more advanced metal shovels.

It is made at a carpentry shop using 1 stone blade and 2 boards.

Unlike metal shovels, slate shovels can break. They have a small chance of breaking with each use (5% chance or less is my estimate). The slate shovel seems to be equivalent to a metal shovel of quality 3000 in its ability to expand a hole.
