WIKI ADMIN NOTE
PLEASE Do NOT make pages for your coalition under the Guild Tree. Make them under the path of this page! (or on your personal user tree)
Coalitions are temporary and do not belong on the full list of guilds which is a generated list.
Any coalition page found under the Guild Tree will be deleted.

Example of a good place to put your coalition page Tests/Test_Of_The_Coalition/Coalitions/Tushies_'R'_Us
Example of a bad place to put your coalition page Guilds/Seven_Country
You want to pick a coalition based on two things. 1. Your base score, not your overall score 2. How many people are in the coalition (by day 6)
For example:
If coalition A gave you a base score of 10 and had 10 members, your overall score would be 110.
If Coalition B gave you a base score of 20 and had 5 members, your overall score would be 120.
In the end of day 7, if Coalition A still only had 10 members (plus yourself) your score would still be 110, but if Coalition B got up to 10 members your score with them would have grown to 220 (including yourself as member, making it 11 members)
Also keep in mind that if your coalition is not in the top 7, you get NO points
It is best to find your top 3 Best BASE scores and go from there. If you join the one with the highest base score, you have 6 days to see if the member base goes up so you get more points. If at the end of 6 days your best base has less overall points then you second or third best, then you will want to switch.
Changing coalitions is very easy, you just click on any coalition you want to join and you will leave your old one. So joining the one with your best base score is easy to fix later on should they not get a good player group going.
Check also with the coalition owner, as they might change things and thus change your score. Some will not make changes, so your score will not change, while others will try to make it so others will join and could hurt your total points.
Remember this is a leadership test, so you also want to support an owner who you think is a good leader.
Things to consider
When you pass the test, you can never again join a coalition or build one! So you cannot pass one person and then have them pass you!!
Having Negative people in your coalition, while making the numbers look higher, DO NOTHING, and DO NOT ADD points in the final total.
When joining a coalition, remember that not all the people might be Positive, thus adding points. When a person is added, their points are added. When the final count is added up at the end, their points are taken out of the total points (negative people). So if there are several negative people in your coalition, your actual points may be FAR less than you expected. This could also affect your coalition group being in the top 7.
BEWARE of people promising top 7!! No one is for "SURE" a top 7 until day 7 when the results are posted. They could have negative people in their group to make them look better. This is a game of trust, join those who you trust over higher scores(also people you feel are good leaders). Also read info, there could be some guilds who share info about negative people in their groups.
