Please continue to edit the following info as differences from Tale 1 are discovered.
(Building type) owned by (UserName) built by (UserName) on (Game Date), (location info), (Number) feet above sea level, (Number) feet from water, (more location info).
For Example:
You see the face of Bastet in: a Serpentarium owned by Pharaoh, built by Redrac on Year 1, Shemu III-22, 1:34PM, resting on sandy terrain, 7 feet above sea level, In a Small Valley.
NOTE: After ingesting serum, the same person can drink a second serum at the same spot, and receive a different vision relating to the same god. This can be helpful if you can't find enough people for your group, and need another clue (and can afford the serum).
The Vision Tracker helps coordinate what groups are searching for what Faces of God, share information on visions within a group, and keep track of how many people have seen a clear vision of a Face. (Work in Progress)
When you locate the face of god and ingest the serum at the location (within 2 coords of the building identified by the vision), a dialog box will tell you that you have found the face of god. (Sorry, no fanfare!) Your Test of Visions menu will tell you how many times you have located the face of god.
A spot will become "used up" after seven people have ingested serum at that location, and no more may see the face of god there. A few Teppy minutes (< 5) and the location of the face of god will be reset and the hunt may begin again.
Do not drink right after a face is exhausted - you will get a popup saying, "Your vision fades and your head clears."
Sumtet successfully got one only a few teppy minutes at most after clearing the old one
At any one time, there appears to be a face of god present in each quadrant of the Egyptian coordinate system, roughly divided on the zero lines. So one for northwest (-coord,+coord), one for northeast (+coord,+coord), one for southwest (-coord,-coord) and one for southeast (+coord,-coord).
Please use the Vision Tracker to record where you are looking so that people know where other people are looking to avoid unnecessary competition and wasting of serum.
To assist everyone pursuing this Test, please note the locations of Colored Banners (other than Red), Benches, or other less common buildings to Visions.
When you find a face, please use all 7 sightings so that the next people to look in that quadrant will have a fresh god. It's very annoying to find a face only to discover that only one person can drink at it.

<Sed[Ded]> Earlier on it was trying to get people to view items like siltgenerators. I imagine it would have flagged a cicadacage or eventgenerator if it'd had the time. :P
<Apophis> It's still gonna flag cicada cages
<Apophis> And there should be no event generators in Egypt
<Teao> no reason it shouldn't
<Apophis> Right
<Sed[Ded]> Well, if the cage crumbles, that'd put a LOT of work down the drain.
<Apophis> It should flag any building that is accessible by players.
<Sed[Ded]> And true.
<Apophis> You better work faster then. :)
<Sed[Ded]> :P Okay.
<Sed[Ded]> But yeah, anything accessible by players...
<Sed[Ded]> Doesn't flag oases?
<Apophis> I removed a couple things that I didn't want
<Apophis> No, because oases are not buildings
<Teao> what about safari animals?
<Teao> rats, frogs, gazelles
<Apophis> Also not buildings.
<Apophis> Fennec cages are free game
<Sed[Ded]> Right, those are all either portables or something else...
<Sed[Ded]> Fennec cages. Hrm.
<Teao> what about moveable buildings like beer kettles and monkies?
<Apophis> Monkies are not buildings.
<Apophis> Beer Kettles are free game.
<Sed[Ded]> Monkeys are portables that don't get swept.
<Teao> they seem to be buildings as much as a beer kettle
<Sed[Ded]> Hookahs, if you'll note, are also unswept portables. And Star Labs, too.
<Teao> monkeys, hookahs, beer kettles, microphones
<Teao> all seem similar to us
<Sed[Ded]> Very different, I assure you.
<Sed[Ded]> (I do not have access to any code, but even as I player I can tell the difference.)
<Apophis> Monkeys are what we call 'portable complex sprites'. I know they seem different but they aren't to the code
<Apophis> I also added some buildings to the list of 'do not use'
<Sed[Ded]> You drop them and they maintain the complex information they had as a portable, in other words?
<Apophis> Yeah
<Apophis> Limestone Bore Holes, the Odd Crates, Ferries will not get visions
<Teao> but a beer kettle is a building?
<Apophis> Yes
<Sed[Ded]> What about the Monolith? >.>
<Apophis> Yes, that may come up
<Sed[Ded]> That'd be cool. :)
<Sed[Ded]> Or of course if you wanted to drive players insane, well, Meteors could come up.
<Teao> what about beetle statues?
<Jezebella> we decided as long as it's not Tact's mine or Pameow's oven, we might be ok with it. :)
<Teao> also is it possible that a just made tower during a tower hour can be picked if things cycle during a tower hour?
<Apophis> Yep
