The Plan

Set up a bunch of terrariums and grow beetles.

• I'll grow cabbage like mad in preparation. ++ Test of Life!
• I'll churn out sheetglass for terrariums.
• I'll load them up with beetles. I'll save anything good. ++ Test of Beetles!
• I'll mash up the crappy ones. Trade the resultant KE for cabbage and other loot.
• Also donate to research.
• Also use to fert our crossbreeds.

Initial Tests

Lets figure out how to do this right. Try different numbers of beetles and see what the return is, and how much cabbage is used up. Presumably the best return will be from 1M, 12 or 15F, although it'll need to be watched closely.

• 6 tanks at 1M 9F, 7:51am, 6436 cabbage total - 8:31am, took 15, 6361 cabbage (75 cabbage/15 beetles = 5 cabb / beetle) - 9:16am, took 23, 6284 cabbage (76 cabbage/23 beetles = 3.3 cabb/beetle) - 10:12am, took 16, 6209 cabbage - 11:17am, took 24, 6106 cabbage (103 cabbage/24 beetles = 4.3 cabb/beetle)

Questions

• How many cabbage per beetle per hour? 1.7 - 3.5
• Are they truly harem breeders? Or will equal numbers of M & F produce best output?
• How long will it take me to get 500 beetles? With 12 tanks it ought to take 17ish hours
• How much cabbage will it take? 2500ish, 5 cabbage per beetle
