I kind of have these in order of how important I consider them now....

= Census of Current DP Candidates - CURRENTLY CARRYING THIS (slightly revised to fit Teppy's *(&^) window)=

Petition

Currently any citizen can visit any University of Leadership and view the current census of Egypt at any time. We request the addition of a second census – The Census of Current DP Candidates. This census shall, like the main census, be viewable by any citizen when visiting any University of Leadership at any time. The Census of Current DP Candidates shall display:

Ideally, we would also like to know how many people will be in the rounds that are created. (This subordinate analysis may be ommitted if necessary for technical reasons.)

Here is an example of how we would like it to work:

If, for some reason, the above petition is not technically feasible, we request that the Pharaoh advise us on what would be technically feasible.

S.Ex. A.C.T. II Ideas

Kits

Petition (Version 2: Organized and Addressing Amisi's Comments, below)

Dear Pharoah,
Please allow us to group items together in our inventory and designate them as a complex item: Kit. Kits shall:

Options:

Example of how Kits might work:
I put 20 boards an 4 canvas in my inventory. I go to my Special Menu and select the option 'Create Kit' which then allows me to name the kit, and to designate what items in my inventory will become part of it. I select the boards and canvas, then name the kit, "Rat Trap Supplies". The kit has a weight and bulk of 24 (because that is the combined weight and bulk of the items in it). The kit is now handled as a single item. Later, I see a friend who is running to a rat but has no supplies. I give him my Kit: Rat Trap Supplies. When he finds his rat, he goes to his menu and selects 'Dismantle Kit' and then selects Kit: Rat Trap Supplies from the list. All of the supples in the kit now appear in his inventory, ready to use, and the complex item Kit: Rat Trap Supplies vanishes.

Additional Note: If there is a way of giving the option to create Kits, or some very similar method of grouping and handling inventory items, which could be more easily coded than what I have outlined above, then that shall also satisfy the requirements of this petition.

Thank you.

Petition (Version 1: A New Thought)

Please allow us to group items together and designate them a kit to be handled as one item there after, but having the same bulk and weight as before. kits can be inspected and broken apart using your special menu.....example: I put 20 boards an 4 canvas in my inventory. I select a menu option called 'make kit' which then allows me to name the kit, and to designate what items will be part of it. I select the boards and canvas, then name the kit "Rat Trap Supples". The kit has a weight an bulk of 24 because that is the combined weight and bulk of the items in it. I can now handle it as one item. Later, I am carrying my kit and I find a rat....I go to my menu and select 'open kit' an then select Kit: Rat Trap Supplies from the list. all of the supples in t now appear n my inventory, ready to use, an the complex item kit vanishes. Also would like option "examine kit" to see the supplies in it. Being able to Edit Kt and add or subtract supplies without killing the whole thing and starting over would be really great.

Comments on V1

I like this idea, but it sounds like a lot of changes.. I might suggest making the kits be like portable chests, such that you'd build the kit/chest on the ground, and would put it on the ground to put things in or take them out. But you can pick the whole chest up and carry it around with the weight and bulk of the contents (and possibly extra for the kit/chest/box/bag construction weight/bulk). But it would allow you to handle these items as a unit, rather than a bunch of items in your inventory. That should make it easier to code as it shares all the behaviors of a chest with the addition of being portable. ~AmisiBastet

Scrabble R Us

Petition

Basically a way we could build scrabble tiles for use in sculptures. Maybe require one board and one clay per letter, or one paint any color (but it would always display the same, without color, if coding it otherwise would slow down implementation.) Just so we don't have to keep spending tons of grass etc on that. It's very frustrating.

Personal Location Registry

Petition

To let you have an unlimited number of landmarks that do not display, they only record locations for you. Optional: Would like to be able to copy this to clipboard. (kind of like the notebook thing I have seen going around in a way I guess)...option: limit number but make it a lot more than the landmarks we have now.

Landmark Display Cleanup

Petition

Landmarks shall continue to function as currently with the additional option to turn off the display of the coordinates on the map. So instead of displaying, "Onion Tower (xxxx, xxxx)" it would only display "Onion Tower" if you checked that option.
