Festival Hosting
I try to run every festival EXCEPT RA at Tammy's Altar, Karnak 1117 -924. That is West of CS an north of U Body.I am an FCN moderator. If you would like to run a festival on your own, but need someone to run FCN for you, please contact me. I live in the US Central time zone, but I will try to coordinate ANY time of the day or night with you, so long as you give me sufficient warning and I do not have another commitment that will interfere.

There are a number of fruits I can give you (or brew up into perfume for you) but I do not currently have a full orchard. I can provide any flower you need or Maat. Please chat me. Your requirements. I will make the ambro for you if I can, otherwise I will give you the bulb and you can make it yourself. (To make ambro for Maat: 1. Plant bulb. It's just like building a brick rack. 2. Wait 1 teppy hour for it to bloom. 3. Harvest for petals (this will kill the flower). 4. Take petals and 1 Honey to a kitchen and select "Recipies, Brew Ambrosia." Pick the petals and honey as your two ingredients. 10 minutes later, your ambrosia will be ready.) (You need the tech Ambrosia Brewing to do this.)

I do make festival beers for a few people. You can chat me your needs and I will fill your order if it works in with some of the others I am doing; I will also chat a few other suppliers to see if they can help you if I can't. However, I cannot guarantee the availability of any beers. Please give me plenty of warning so you will have time to look for another supplier if I can't do it for you. TY.My Easy Beer Guide includes step by step instructions for VP Orange and recipes for all Hathor beers. I am also glad to provide Osiris recipes, just chat me.

Vigils
My husband Rathnar (back when he was a real person) and I ran the longest vigil in this tale, 6 days 4 hours. (Previous record is reportedly 'over 6 days' from T1, not sure if we passed that.) We quit in the end because we ran out of people who wanted to sac. (We limited people to 100 sacs unless they were part of vigil staff, in which case the limit was higher.) We still had every sac being asked for when the fire went out. The key is to have your materials gathered before hand. The main problem most people run into doing this is that the question of "what and how much" is usually answered "lots of everything". That is almost right..however...if you go by that, you could waste a lot of time gathering dates and coconuts, which are NOT called for in a vigil. Many other items are not called for as well. Thanks to Tammy's efforts, Rathnar and I were able to use a sac list from a previous vigil to predict what we really needed and focus on that. The use of this list for over 5,000 sacs makes me confident enough to say: If it isn't on THIS list, you won't need it! Other tips are on that page too. Mainly, organize an around the clock staff ahead of time and have fun! Our thanks to Soweto&Co for making that far easier than it could have been. (Yes we are Elders but we weren't when we started organizing this monstrosity.)
Shiv's Quick and Easy Pilgrimage Route
Use the CS to your advantage. There are 9 pilgrim shrines that are right next to CS's. Start at one CS and make your way around. Remember to tithe twice at a minimum of one for your principle. Actually if you double and triple tithe at some of the cheap ones you could skip the more expensive ones, plus cut the amount of time you require.
Tithing once at each of these, and twice at one, will give you 1050 points, enough to pass pilgrimage easily at this time.

When I joined this game in May of 2007, people frequently said that it was no longer possible for new players to become Oracles. Naturally, I immediately set "Oracle of Anything" as one of my personal goals. :) (In all fairness, if the tale had ended by 20 months of age, as the other tales had, those people probably would have been right. I became an Oracle at the end of month 20.)
The day I became an Oracle I was talking to a friend, and she hadn't heard about that yet. She was telling me about her tests and said, "Well yes, I am doing well in Harmony, but it is so LAME," so I replied, "Well just call me Oracle of Lame, Baby!" LOL .... Definitely a discipline in need of something. What I'm not sure, but something. :)
