Second Altar
Located at -868, 5875 in Qatara.
Meditating on this altar gives the same dialog box as the first altar, asking for a word upon which to meditate. There are no markings on the ground that can be revealed by disabling Advanced Terrain.
After a while, a second wind sprang up and clues appeared when examining the items. The answer turned out to be "industry"-- (too bad you can't look) IN (the chest)/DUST (gathered in the corners of the world)/(just a normal) TREE.
