Any test that is completed can improve a character's title. A character's highest title can be seen by anyone by clicking on the character. For example: "Student of Architecture". If more than one title is tied for the highest rank, then that rank will be displayed as "of X" where X is the word for the number of tests tied. For example: "Prentice of Three". The titles are shown below with the number of tests completed.

Initiation Completed
- Ability to begin all Tests of Architecture
Student (1 Test Completed)
- Ability to produce one Fine Steel Axe per week at a Carpentry Bench at the cost of 1 board and 1 steel blade
Prentice (2 Tests Completed)
- Ability to produce one Fine Steel Shovel per month at a Carpentry Bench at the cost of 1 board, 1 steel blade, and 1 shovel blade.
- Ability to construct a small house (you must first tear down your tent). 60k storage.
Scribes (4 Tests Completed)
- Ability to construct a medium house (you must first tear down your tent or small house). 250k storage.
Test Rewards
- An Octec statue with a double set of Octec Crystals placed by the same person has the ability to produce one Diamond Tipped Shovel per month by that person at the cost of 1 fine steel shovel and 80 small diamonds.
- The most recent 21 megalopoli built provide a global Navigation waypoint for all players with at least one level of Navigation to the site.
- A Pyramid of the People can be rigged with a Set's Ladder for the Initiation into Thought.
- Among the larger pyramid sizes, the first seven of each give an incremental bonus to all players. See the test page for details.
- A Pyramid of the Fertile Land can be rigged with a Set's Ladder for The Test of Set's Ladder.
- Passing allows you to build a Commemorative Tower of Rich Soil.
- Access to higher level towers comes at 110% (Solid Land), 130% (Hand of Man), 200% (Living Land), 300% (Racing Mind), 500% and 700% claims.
- Commemorative Towers cost 4X the resources of the regular tower.
