Medium House
A Medium House is the largest of the houses, able to hold 300,000 bulk. (In Telling 1, it could hold 250,000 bulk.)
You may not have more than one house (attempting to build another will notify you of the location of the existing one). If you want to move your house, you must tear the original one down.
