You need both the cooking skills, and the minting skill. 500 ink is made in a kitchen in 1 minute using: 1 Dark Ochoa, 10 oil and 10 charcoal

It's green on top, red on the bottom. Stems are red. Leaves also look brown and dry at the tips and edges.

There is a similar herb just below (Ginger Tarragon), please compare these two if you are not certain that you have Burnt Tarragon in front of you.

In particular, compare the heights and shading on both sides of the leaves.

Qakara-Iby: "A plant that can expand consciousness, in a very distracting way I might add." It hampers concentration (negative focus?) and allows you to spot more things.

On my ATITD graphic card, it looks dark red. Not the first time an herb supposed to be green appears dark red on my computer - Kinniken
