Attached are two Spreadsheets for Cooking Research. "Durations" is used for a test set of new ingredient versus 38 primary ingredients, "Durations_Single_Ingreds" lets you test any two ingredients against each other and suggests a filler ingredient for the test. If you want to help with cooking research, ask any member of the guild Cooking Research Coordination, or donate some ingredients, or join the guild yourself :-)

If you are new to Cooking, a good starting point are premade Recipes. If you feel a little more adventurous, use one of the premade Bases, and add some shrooms and herbs. These lists can help you select the right additives to your base:
