This skill provides the temporary ability to rearrange items within a compound. After the timer has expired, you lose the skill and will need to purchase it again.
Four lengths of time are available at significant tuition costs. Depending on your salvage level and how many buildings you wish to move, it may be cheaper to tear down and rebuild them.
Note that you can only move buildings that are inside a compound (ie. built with the compound's project menu and take up space on the internal grid), not buildings that were built in a construction site or using your avatar's projects menu, even if those buildings overlap a compound. Moving buildings between sections of a split single compound works fine.
