Skills from Schools
As the Wise of our Land plumb the depths of new and wonderous technology, the great Schools and Universities of learning teach the People the skills and techniques as they are (re-)discovered. Some of these are known and available to all, while others are vague memories recounted in tale and legend. Alas, the acquisition of knowledge is a costly endeavor, so payment of tuition is often required as recompense for learning from the great Schools, whereas the Universities teach useful arts to all after the expense of their research has been satisfied (see Techs).
