Grants the ability to use a bronze scythe to gather more deben of grass per click of the action icon, similar to the use of hatchets on trees to collect wood. The quality of the scythe (as discussed on the blacksmithing page) determines the amount extra that is collected. You must also have a papyrus basket in inventory as well.
