The Demi-Pharaohs of Egypt hereby ask all Egyptians to consider the exile of Cathy, based on the following grounds:
1. Cathy has used 6 explosive devices to cause extensive damage to another players camp solely for the purpose of seeking revenge on another player. She fully and freely admits this, and shows no remorse over her actions.
2. Cathy has acted in this way knowing she could not receive a ban from another Demi-Pharoah. Her actions in this case would warrant a ban. Given her status as a Demi-Pharaoh she cannot be banned by the other Demi-Pharaohs, but only by law.
It is asked that Cathy be exiled from Egypt for the remainder of this telling. For more information, the following wiki page has screenshots and evidence.

Apophis here. Everyone wants to know the percentages on the Emergency Ballot, so I have decided to release them.
The final vote was 114 no, 149 yes. This yields a 56.65% yes vote, which does not meet the 66% required to pass an Emergency Ballot.
Total votes, of course, were 263.
