The option to wear a silk ribbon is available from the "Appearance" submenu. They can be worn in 3 different places--hand, wrist, elbow--and it doesn't matter which 2 locations you choose or which one of your colors you put where.
Ribbons are made from 1 dyed silk cloth each. They 'get dirty' after an hour, so they likely won't be reusable. -- loreleilee
They definitely aren't reusable--they disappear after one hour. The special menu has an option to remove them, which also makes them disappear, no matter how recently you put them on. Acrobatics while wearing them looks great, particularly with moves like Asian Influence and Roundoff. - asrael
