Small House

A type of house, the Small House is the next step up from a tent.

You may not have more than one house (attempting to build another will notify you of the location of the existing one). If you want to move your house, you must tear the original one down.

Can hold up to 80,000 bulk of almost any resources. In Telling 1, it could hold 60,000 bulk.

7. 100 Rope (for framing)
8. 1500 Concrete (for foundation)
9. 8 Canary Granite (3 PER) (for accents)
10. 15 White Travertine (2 PER) (for foyer)
11. 50 Light Green Paint
12. 50 Light Blue Paint
13. 50 Golden Rod Paint

Skill/Tech required: Must be a Prentice of Architecture
