Growing Grapes information. Thanks to Daenks, Murtha, Sassy and others.
Making wine is "fairly simple".(?) You can only work with a vine max of 4 times a day about every 6 hours RL.
So, plant a vine, and six hours later: fertilize it (with any fish) if you want to grow for grapes. OR take a cut, and then water it, if you want to grow for cuts. Six hours after that, do the same. Six hours after that, once again. After six more hours, the vines may start dying, DON'T PANIC; harvest the grapes if the vine is dead, and replace it with a new cut. Continue the process.
Water seems to be only relevant if you are looking for vine cuts.
Do not water and fertilise at the same time.
