Multi-Yeast Beer Tests - My recipes and test data for multi-yeast beers along with some discussion of how yeasts may interact. Note: These are not all "drinkable" beer recipes. Many were "Cloying" or "Grassy" but the data was sufficient for analysis.

Yeast Tests - My T3 Yeast Test Data for sealing times at various locations around my camp (and a few others more remote).

Yeast Stat Calculations - Test data and calculations of my own and gathered from other Wiki user pages to try to nail down some yeast stats.

Ingredient Tests - My Ingredient Testing data. I have based the updated equations in the T3 BeerCalc spreadsheet on these results.

Effect of Sealing Time and/or Yeast Entry Times on Beer - Test results that examine kettle sealing times and/or yeast entry times and their effects on the finished beer.

I have deleted the attachments to this page, since they are out of data and have been replaced by Wiki pages (above) that summarize the data.
