Medium House
A type of container, the Medium House is the next step up from a Small House.
Any one Avatar may not have more than one House at any given time (attempting to build another will notify you of the location of the existing one). If you want to move your house, you must tear the original one down.
You may guild a Medium House, but cannot transfer it's ownership to another player (except by DPPRA).
There does NOT seem to be an option to recover ownership of your Medium House after you've contributed it to a guild. Unlike a tent, which may be recovered by it's builder.
Can hold up to 130,000 bulk (Tale3 confirmed) of almost any resources.

Historical Information
- Tale 2 - could hold 300,000 bulk.
- Tale 1 - could hold 250,000 bulk.

Perhaps we have "Large House" available in the future?
