100 needed as part of the tuition for Cooking.

Used as food for Rabbits in a Rabbit Hutch.

According to amnesty grow whilst under influence of incense.

Observations

Yield

I can confirm that the bands seem to move at X-20/game hour. I was able to get a constant yield of +7 by moving -1 Xcoord, every 5 in-game minutes. This particular band was 2 Xcoords wide, diminishing to +6 then +5 etc. each Xcoord before and after the peak area. (Tested Yr1-Akhet I-23 from 9:20am to 11:30am game time, starting at 716, -1300) -- GoodnightBrian

Regarding seed production, I haven't been able to find a list of who is experimenting, or what methods have been tried? - Belisar
Because carrots only seed at year 2 in real life, I grew some to Harvest stage, let them drop back down to stage 1, then grew them back up and harvested. No extra seed. ~Shebi
