Soda (or sodium carbonate) is a powdery white chemical substance. It is found as a byproduct of limestone gathering. On average, about 20% of the time, gathering limestone will also yield 1 soda. So far, tools that increase limestone yield per action do not increase soda yields.

Uses

Note that Sheet Glass is not on that list. You must make sheet glass out of Normal Glass which requires Potash instead of soda.
