There is also a guild for the arch test discussion at (2310, 2287) if you would like to apply there. Looks like less than 80 people currently listed on this page so anyone willing to make the run to the site should get a spot in the monument. Anyone making the run to the monument to apply at this point will be put on a list of alternates. Alternates will be added to the monument in the order they apply if a spot becomes available. - Gumby
Voting will officially start on Wednesday, April 19th, and run through the following Wednesday. Votes should be placed with Hasani. He will assign you a number, and the results will be posted to the wiki. Voting will be for the one test you like the most. - Gumby
