About Me

I have been playing ATITD since the second month of Tale 1 (April, 2003). In Tale 1 I lived at the eastern edge of Sinai, near Mount Sinai. I spent a fair amount of time stareing into the stream at the north edge of Sinai, and wandering the Desert of Nomads. Later, I grew tons of vegetables, and grew in responsibility, finally operating the Bank of Phoenicia in Sinai. The Bank was so called because it issued its own currency (scrip), and was one of many similar trade posts in that Age.

Late in Tale 1, Baf(?) created The Goods, using a unique valuation system that makes setting prices less labor intensive. Although I was initially skeptical, I noticed that The Goods valuations were similar to those I made through extensive knowledge of trade and production. I read about the valuation system, and learned how it works.

In Tale 2, I was mainly seen helping out as a teller at The Goods. I also made suggestions that improved and fortified the design of The Goods' valuation system, posted on the Tale 2 Wiki. I have explained the system to many people, just /chat me if you want to know more. I also haunted Lower Nubia, and had fun growing the new vegetables (eggplants, cucumbers, peppers, watermelons).

My goal in Tale 3 is to help facilitate the completion of the Monuments. I also hope to meet lots of people, pursue some of the Body and Worship tests, and try to figure out the new Harmony discipline. I suspect that I will grow a ton of papyrus and quite a few leeks.

My first steps have been to rejoin The Goods as a teller, and to build a small compound in Seven Lakes.
